family owned sheet metal company in British Columbia, CANADA back in 1945.
Maxam has taken the access door business to new heights by providing the largest 3 hour fire rated ceiling access door ever made. This access door has a double leaf door with a removable mullion. This serves two purposes. It facilitates passage for larger equipment and it makes the doors lighter to open.
The FDL-250 has a 16 gauge frame and a 18 gauge panel. It comes standard with a concealed continuous hinge, flush allen key latch and a very cool closer making it much safer to close the door.
The Maxam FDL-250 is available in the following sizes for a ceiling application. 48 x 36, 48 x 48, 60 x 24, 60 x 30
60 x 36 and 60 x 48. It is available in stainless steel or prime painted.
